Shashidhar joins Absolute Hotel Services India as VP Operations and Technical Services

Mumbai, 19 July. Absolute Hotel Services India has appointed Mr. S. Shashidhar as Vice President Operations and Technical Services.

A hospitality business leader with a balanced exposure to all areas of hotel operations for over 23 years. Mr. Shashidhar, for the last 4 years, has been active in project consulting, recruitment solutions and training. With more than 10 years as a general manager in various hotels in India and Africa, he has vast knowledge and experience with international brand value implementation such as Days Inn, Radisson Hotels and Regent International Hotels.

His international training experience includes his assignments with Carlson Hospitality Worldwide (Chicago, Omaha and Washington D.C.) and Regent International Hotels (Hong Kong).

Projects already announced under technical services and management contracts with Absolute Hotel Services India include U KBJ Grand Varanasi, U KBJ La Casa Bella Goa, U KBJ Stupas Kushinagar, U KBJ Five Colours Bodhgaya, U KBJ Touchstone Khajuraho and Eastin Sun Pune. Another 5 properties are expected to be announced by August 2010.
